Descrizione del bando in italiano	Attività di ricerca previste e relative modalità di esercizio: il ricercatore sarà chiamato a svolgere attività di ricerca riconducibili alle tematiche comprese nel settore scientifico-disciplinare ING-IND/24 sviluppate nel Dipartimento di Ingegneria Industriale con particolare riferimento allo sviluppo di micro-tecnologia e modelli matematici per la soluzione di problemi in ambito biomedico. Attività di didattica, di didattica integrativa e di servizio agli studenti e relative modalità di esercizio: l’attività di didattica che il ricercatore sarà chiamato a svolgere, nell’ambito della programmazione didattica del Dipartimento, comprenderà l’organizzazione e lo svolgimento di esercitazioni ed attività di laboratorio, assistenza agli esami, il tutoraggio di laureandi e dottorandi di ricerca e gli eventuali incarichi di insegnamento assegnati quale compito istituzionale ed aggiuntivo, secondo disposizioni di legge. L’attività didattica, didattica integrativa e di servizio agli studenti sarà pari a un impegno di 350 ore annue. Specifiche funzioni che il ricercatore è chiamato a svolgere: fatta salva l’attività didattica assegnata dal Dipartimento, il ricercatore dovrà svolgere l’attività di ricerca sopra indicata, con un regime di impegno a tempo pieno. Numero massimo di pubblicazioni presentabili: n. 15 (quindici), ivi compresa la tesi di dottorato se presentata. Lingua straniera la cui adeguata conoscenza sarà oggetto di accertamento mediante prova orale: inglese. Il candidato potrà chiedere di svolgere la discussione dei titoli e della produzione scientifica in lingua inglese. Per i candidati stranieri è richiesta la conoscenza della lingua italiana.
Descrizione del bando in inglese	Research activities and the manner of exercise: the Researcher will be required to carry out research activity consistent with what envisaged by the ING-IND/24 Scientific-Disciplinary Sector and on topics of interest to the Department of Industrial Engineering, with particular reference to the development of micro-technologies and mathematical models for the solution of problems in the biomedical field. Teaching activities, supplementary teaching and service to students and their mode of operation: the teaching activity the Researcher will be required to carry out in the framework of the Department teaching scheduling, will include the organization and implementation of exercises and laboratory activities, assistance to examinations, graduands’ and Ph.D. students’ tutoring and possible teaching assignments as institutional and supplementary activities, in compliance with the current regulations. Teaching, supplementary teaching and student assistance activities will require a commitment in the amount of 350 hours per year. Specific functions that the researcher has to perform: besides the teaching activity assigned by the Department, the researcher will carry out the above research activities on a full-time basis. Maximum number of publications that might be presented: 15 (fifteen), including PhD thesis if presented. Foreign language whose appropriate knowledge will be ascertained by an oral exam: English. The candidate may request to carry out the discussion on his qualifications and scientific production in English. Foreign applicants are required to know the Italian language.
