Descrizione del bando in italiano	Il ricercatore svolgerà attività di ricerca sul tema del diritto ad un cibo adeguato e sostenibile nel diritto internazionale ed europeo, coerente e congruente con le tematiche del SSD IUS 13 nel quadro delle esigenze e finalità del progetto, inserito nel PNRR Partenariati Estesi (PE) 10, denominato “ONFOODS (Research and innovation network on food and nutrition Sustainability, Safety and Security – Working ON Foods)”, in particolare per lo Spoke 7 su “Policy, Behaviour and Education”. Il ricercatore svolgerà compiti didattici riferiti al settore scientifico disciplinare IUS 13 (e dunque, in via esemplificativa non esaustiva, ai rapporti tra Stati, con riferimento ai caratteri strutturali dell’ordinamento inter-nazionale, agli ambiti normativi in cui esso si articola, alle organizzazioni internazionali, in¬cluse le forme giuridiche della cooperazione europea, alla tutela dei diritti umani e alla solu¬zione delle controversie internazionali) nei corsi di studio di Scienze politiche e delle relazio¬ni internazionali (laurea triennale L-36) e World Politics and International Relations (laurea magistrale LM-62).
Descrizione del bando in inglese	The researcher will carry out research activities on the right to adequate and sustainable food in international and European law, in a way which shall be coherent and consistent with the areas of research of the scientific disciplinary sector indicated with ‘IUS 13’, International Law (as defined by the Italian Ministry of University and Research) within the framework of the needs and aims of the project, funded by the National Plan of Recovery and Resilience (PNRR) Extended Partnerships (Partenariati estesi) PE 10, called “ONFOODS (Research and innovation network on food and nutrition Sustainability, Safety and Security – Working ON Foods)”, within the Spoke no 7 on “Policy, Behaviour and Education”. The researcher will carry out teaching tasks related to the scientific disciplinary sector ‘IUS / 13’, International Law, as defined by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (and therefore, in a merely illustrative way, to relations between States, with reference to the structural characteristics of the international legal system, to the normative areas in which it is articulated, to international organizations, including the legal framework of the European Union, the protection of human rights and the resolution of international disputes), in the courses of Political Science and International Relations (undergraduate course in ‘Scienze Politiche e Relazioni Internazionali’, L-36) and World Politics and International Relations (graduate course, LM-62).
