Descrizione sintetica in italiano	Il ricercatore sarà impegnato nel progetto PNRR del Partenariato Esteso Scenari energetici del futuro NEST e, in particolare, nell'attività dello Spoke 2(Energy Harvesting & Off Shore Renewable).L’attività di ricerca sarà quindi centrata sullo studio di problematiche caratteristiche del SSD ING IND/32, con particolare riferimento a quelle previste dal progetto, ovvero: il ricercatore dovrà occuparsi dell’analisi delle condizioni di funzionamento di convertitori ed azionamenti elettrici per sorgenti di energia rinnovabile off shore. Sulla base dei risultati ottenuti, il ricercatore dovrà sviluppare delle tecniche di controllo innovative per convertitori ed azionamenti elettrici che tengano conto delle esigenze specifiche e delle peculiarità delle sorgenti di energia rinnovabile off-shore. Tali attività di ricerca avranno come obiettivo principale quello di massimizzare l’efficienza,l’affidabilità e la stabilità delle sorgenti di energia rinnovabile off-shore
Descrizione sintetica in inglese	The researcher will be involved in the PNRR project of the Partenariato Esteso Scenari energetici del futuro - NEST and, in particular, in the activity of the Spoke 2 (Energy Harvesting & Off-Shore Renewable). The research activity to be carried out will therefore be centered on the study of characteristic problems of the ING-IND / 32 SSD, with particular reference to those envisaged by the project, namely: the researcher will have to deal with the analysis of the operating conditions of converters and electrical drives for offshore renewable energy sources. On the basis of the results obtained, the researcher will have to develop innovative control techniques for converters and electrical drives that take into account the specific needs and peculiarities of off-shore renewable energy sources. These research activities will have the main objective of maximizing the efficiency, reliability and stability of offshore renewable energy sources.
