Descrizione sintetica in inglese	CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE AWARD OF 1 POST-DOC RESEARCHER (RTD/RTDA) CONTRACT FOR THE ACADEMIC FIELDS 13/B1, 13/B2, 13/B3 AT THE CENTRE “DIRB” OF UNIVERSITA’ COMMERCIALE “LUIGI BOCCONI” OF MILAN WITH FUNDS MADE AVAILABLE BY MUR– PNRRMISSIONE 4 COMPONENTE 2– NEXT GENERATION / PROJECTMUSA SPOKE 5.
Descrizione del bando in italiano	l candidato svolgerà le seguenti attività a supporto della faculty dell'Università Bocconi coinvolta nel progetto: • Supporto e partecipazione attiva alle attività di ricerca relative al Work Package 1 (es. literature review, interviste, questionari, analisi dati) e 8 (es. interviste, literature review, questionari, analisi dati, creazione database e mappature, supporto all’organizzazione di eventi e workshop…) dello Spoke 5 del Progetto MUSA. In particolare, il candidato selezionato dovrà: ▪ contribuire a realizzare: ▪ una literature review su diverse aree tematiche relative al WP1 dello Spoke 5, con un particolare focus sui bisogni delle startup sostenibili e circolari; ▪ questionari ed interviste a startup sostenibili e circolari e agli altri stakeholders coinvolti nella piattaforma del progetto MUSA per la mappatura dei loro bisogni; ▪ una literature review e interviste su diverse aree tematiche relative al WP8 dello Spoke 5, con un particolare focus sul tema delle startup innovative; ▪ una mappatura delle start up esistenti all’interno nel panorama italiano nell’ambito delle attività di repairing e recycling; ▪ l’analisi del database Refinitive SDC Platinum volta all’identificazione delle aziende che si sono rese parte acquirente di startup innovative di repairing e recycling; ▪ la mappatura delle aziende established che hanno cominciato ad offrire servizi di repairing e recycling ai propri clienti; ▪ la ricostruzione della mappa di relazioni tra start up innovative e aziende established; ▪ la messa a punto di un protocollo di facilitazione dell’incontro tra le parti volto alla creazione di un ecosistema organizzato di startup variamente specializzate sul fronte repairing e recycling, che possano collaborare con diversi brand in funzione dei bisogni contingenti; ▪ analisi statistiche dei dati raccolti, volte alla produzione di report e pubblicazioni scientifiche; ▪ supportare nella organizzazione di workshop ed eventi.
Descrizione del bando in inglese	The candidate will carry out the following activities in support of the Bocconi University faculty involved in the project: • Support and active participation in research activities related to Work Package 1 (e.g., literature review, questionnaires, questionari, data analysis) and 8 (e.g., interviews, literature review, questionnaires, data analysis, database creation and mapping, support in organizing events and workshops...) of Spoke 5 of the MUSA Project. Specifically, the selected candidate will be expected to: ▪ contribute to: • run a literature review on different topics related to Work Package 1 of Spoke 5, with special focus on sustainable and circular start-ups; • carry out surveys and interviews to sustainable and circular start-ups and other stakeholders involved in the MUSA platform with the objective to map their needs; • run a literature review and interviews on different topics related to Work Package 8 of Spoke 5, with a special focus on innovative start-ups; • map existing Italian repairing and recycling start-ups; • analyse the Refinitive SDC Platinum database to identify companies which have acquired innovative repairing and recycling start-ups; • map established firms offering repairing and recycling services to their clients; • identify the existing relational network between innovative start-ups innovative and established companies; • define a procedure facilitating the matching between innovative repairing and recycling start-ups and established brands to build a flexible ecosystem; • statistical analyses of collected data, towards the realization of scientific reports and publications; ▪ support in organizing workshops and events.
