Descrizione del bando in italiano	Selezione per titoli e colloquio ai sensi dell'art. 8 del "Disciplinare concernente le assunzioni di personale con contratto di lavoro a tempo determinato", per l'assunzione, ai sensi dell'art. 83 del CCNL del Comparto “Istruzione e Ricerca” 2016-2018, sottoscritto in data 19 aprile 2018, di n. 1 unità di personale con profilo professionale di Ricercatore III livello, presso l'Istituto di Scienze e Tecnologie della Cognizione - sede principale di Roma Per l’ammissione alla selezione sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti: a) Diploma di laurea in Psicologia, Neuroscienze psicologiche, Scienze cognitive, Neuroscienze cognitive e riabilitazione psicologica, Scienze dell'informazione, Informatica, conseguito secondo lanormativa in vigore anteriormente al D.M. 509/99, oppure equipollenti lauree specialistica (D.M. 509/99) o magistrale (D.M. 270/04) ai sensi del Decreto interministeriale 9/7/2009 e successive integrazioni. Per le lauree conseguite all’estero è richiesto il riconoscimento non accademico secondo la procedura prevista dall’art. 38 del D.Lgs. 165/2001 con le modalità di cui all’art. 2 del DPR 189/2009, modificato dall’art. 1 comma 28-quinquies della Legge 15/2022. Il candidato che non sia ancora in possesso del provvedimento di riconoscimento del titolo di studio estero dovrà dichiarare nella domanda di partecipazione di aver presentato la relativa richiesta. In tal caso il candidato sarà ammesso alla selezione con riserva, fermo restando che tale provvedimento dovrà essere presentato prima della stipula del contratto di lavoro; b) esperienza almeno triennale attestante conoscenza in: 1) architetture open-ended learning per il controllo di robot autonomi; 2) uso di sistemi robotici bracci/gripper/telecamera; 3) back-end per simulazioni, gestione server, gestione software con Kubernetes (Docker, Containers) e software di versioning; 4) machine learning e deep neural networks; 5) uso di Python e librerie Numpy, Keras, Tensorflow; ovvero possesso del titolo di Dottore di Ricerca o PhD attinente all'esperienza richiesta; c) conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Descrizione del bando in inglese	Selection by qualifications and interview pursuant to article 8 of the "Regulations concerning the recruitment of personnel with fixed-term employment contracts", for the recruitment, pursuant to article 83 of the National Collective Labour Agreement for the 2016-2018 “Education and Research” sector, signed on 19 April 2018, of a staff member with a professional profile of Researcher III level, at the Institute of Cognitive Sciences and Technologies - office headquarters of Rome. For admission to the selection, the following are required: a) Master's Degree or Specialized Degree, or University Degree Psychology, Psychological Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychological Rehabilitation, Information Science, Computer Science, obtained according to the regulations in force prior to D.M. 509/99, or equivalent specialistic (D.M. 509/99) or magisterial (D.M. 270/04) degrees pursuant to Interministerial Decree 9/7/2009 and subsequent integrations relating to the theme of the project; For degrees obtained abroad, non-academic recognition is required according to the procedure indicated in article 38 of Legislative Decree No. 165/2001 with the procedures set out in article 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic No. 189/2009, amended by article 1 paragraph 28- quinquies of Law No. 15/2022. The candidate who is not yet in possession of the provision for recognition of the foreign qualification must declare in the application form that he / she has submitted the relative request. In this case the candidate will be admitted to the selection with reserve, it being understood that this recognition must be presented before the stipulation of the employment contract; b) at least three years of experience demonstrating advanced in: 1) open-ended learning architectures for the control of autonomous robots; 2) use of robotic arm/gripper/camera systems; 3) back-end for simulations, server management, software management with Kubernetes (Docker, Containers) and versioning software; 4) machine learning and deep neural networks; 5) use of Python and Numpy, Keras, Tensorflow libraries; or possession of the title of Research Doctor or PhD relevant to the required experience; c) knowledge of the English language.
