Descrizione sintetica in italiano	Durante il triennio il ricercatore dovrà svolgere l'attività didattica annuale richiesta dal contratto. Per quanto riguarda la ricerca, nel primo anno dovrà reperire e acquisire il complesso delle fonti normative che hanno innervato le riforme di Papa Francesco e la loro applicazione, elaborando una prima ricostruzione sistematica. Durante il secondo anno il ricercatore dovrà addentrarsi in un'analisi approfondita di queste riforme, collocandole e interpretandole - secondo i riferimenti più qualificati e appropriati in letteratura - alla luce della tradizione canonica, rilevando ogni elemento di discontinuità e discrepanza nel quadro dell'ordinamento canonico. L'esame degli effetti di queste riforme costituirà la parte finale della ricerca, in cui la sedimentazione ponderata in vista della pubblicazione dei risultati troverà gradualmente spazio. Questa fase occuperà presumibilmente una buona parte del terzo anno
Descrizione sintetica in inglese	During the three-year period, the researcher must carry out the annual teaching activity required by the contract. As for the research, in the first year he will have to find and acquire the complex of the normative sources that have innervated the reforms of Pope Francis and their application, elaborating a first systematic reconstruction. During the second year, the researcher will have to enter into an in-depth analysis of these reforms, placing them and interpreting them - according to the most qualified and appropriate references in the literature - in the light of the canonical tradition, detecting any elements of discontinuity and discrepancy in the framework of canonical order. The examination of the effects of these reforms will constitute the final part of the research, in which the overall re-elaboration in view of the publish of the results will gradually find space. This phase will presumably occupy large part of the third year
