Descrizione sintetica in italiano The Department of Legal Studies invites applications from outstanding scholars for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Criminal Law, beginning spring 2020. Albeit we welcome applications in the whole area of Criminal Law, preference will be given to candidates having a specific research focus on Economic and Financial Crime, as well as White-Collar Crime. Applicants should have an adequate track-record of publications in the field of Criminal Law, a Ph.D. and/or a LLM, and demonstrate a strong potential in research on both the general part and the special part of Criminal Law. Applicants must also demonstrate aptitude for carrying out research and teaching activities at a supranational level, for example by showing proof of studies and research periods abroad, or by holding courses taught in English.
