Descrizione sintetica in inglese	The aim of research is on study and analysis of masonry structures by means of experimental tests in laboratory and in situ and the related numerical modelling, dynamic identification and calibration of material mechanic parameters. The research will be, in detail, devoted to historical masonry, and will be performed at several scale of analysis, starting from single constituent materials to structural elements, realized in laboratory and as part of buildings or more complex meaningful cases. In detail masonry panel, both with regular texture and multi-leaf structure will be taken into account. Focus will be devoted to structural identification with standard and simplified techniques and by means of model updating procedures. Numerical modelling should taken into account building techniques of structural elements and material heterogeneity
